I am a seasoned professional and experienced in developing innovative recruitment strategies by thinking outside the box in different businesses, industries, and cultures.

My objective is to work in a challenging environment where my professional experience can be utilized and further developed to meet the needs of any organizations. To work with developing a fluid rapport with both my client and candidate to ensure I meet the needs of both the organization and the associate. In my past roles, I have been subjected to the constantly changing and fast-paced environment of large corporations and small businesses that have extremely tight deadlines.

My previous experiences in sales, customer service, graphics, and production combined with over 25 years in recruiting, allow me the knowledge of the market and how to find passive top talent with success.
